Return & Refund
• Our return policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately, If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defectively damaged item or the wrong product.
• We do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact us first to confirm. Once you are authorised to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
• Product return requirements:
A receipt or proof of purchase.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact.
Merchandise DOA(Damaged On Arrival) or The Wrong product
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept and cannot be returned products that are:
Intimate like Bras, Brief Set, Shapers, Slips, Bustiers, Corsets, Panties, Tube Tops, Garters and Long Johns, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Bikini.
We do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization.
• Return Shipping
To return your product to us, a return shipping address will be provided by e-mail to you.
We recommend that all returns are sent via a traceable carrier but you can post returns package using your service of choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. We recommend that you acquire a proof of postage and retain the receipt till you have received our email confirmation. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package if you are returning via a traceable carrier to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
Zanlah.com is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, Zanlah.com do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
• Refunds Or Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• Partial Refunds Apply
Goods return are regard on Item basis not on Total of all items purchase. If not all items are DOA(Damaged On Arrival) and Not all items might come from the same manufacturer or supplier.
• We reserve the right to charge a 2 US dollar administration fee for any returned items on the refund or partial refund due to:
A undeliverable wrong address provided by you after the shipping address confirmation e-mail notification
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defectively damaged or the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the provided address e-mail from us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mail to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
