At Zanlah.com, Our goal is to offer you the Best Free shipping options without adding any extra cost to the items you see and order, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the globe, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer or supplier for dispatch within 4 business days after the order is placed. The manufacturer and courier process the orders with or without packet tracking, which takes an additional 1–3 days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time". Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Thank you for your patience.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 14–21 business days. Orders are shipped by ePacket whenever possible, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 14 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the product price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the buyers. Buyers take full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties, taxes and charges. Please note that according to customs regulations, Zanlah cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
 • Please make sure your shipping address and zip code are correct before you check out. We reserve the right to charge a 2 US dollar administration fee for any returned items due to an undeliverable wrong address provided by you after the shipping address confirmation e-mail notification on the refund.
• We do not deliver to PO boxes and hotels. Please make sure the delivery address will have someone to receive the goods.
• You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
• You will receive e-mail notification of shipping address confirmation once you place your order. Another e-mail notification of parcel sends out with or without track shipping.
• We will try to use Tracking shipping services on all orders without adding any extra cost to your order as possible unless if you live in a remote location not serviced by our normal courier. If this applies we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with an alternative to non-tracking shipping options.
• If order items are more than a single item, you might receive them in a few parcels send from different manufacturer or supplier. This allows you to enjoy shopping from a different manufacturer or supplier in one shop from us.
• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
• If it is a tracking shipment, it can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
• Please note that delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
